titleOfInvention | A new type of two-component modified polyurethane sealant for insulating glass and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a novel two-component modified polyurethane sealant for insulating glass and a preparation method thereof. Component A contains 15-25 parts by weight of end-capped polyurethane prepolymer, 60.25-65.25 parts by weight of filler, 14.75-19.75 parts by weight of compounding aids, and component B contains 10-20 parts by weight of curing agent, 28-32 parts by weight Fillers, 59-60 parts by weight of compounding additives. Synthesis of end-capped polyurethane prepolymers Polyether diols, polyether triols and diisocyanates are used to synthesize polyurethane prepolymers containing terminal isocyanate groups, and then end capping agents are used. Adjusting the R value, the molecular weight, relative proportion and overall content of the two polyether polyols can effectively adjust the mechanical properties and curing ability of the sealant. Component A and component B are mixed according to the mass ratio (8~12):1, and it has good curing ability in a wide temperature range from ‑10℃ to 40℃. The sealant is insensitive to moisture, has no corrosion to substrates, is easy to store, has the characteristics of mildew resistance and excellent air tightness, and can be used as a preferred material for insulating glass sealants. |
