The invention provides a method for preparing a surface pre-crosslinked adhesive film and the surface pre-crosslinked adhesive film prepared by the method. The method comprises the following steps: a) preparing a polyolefin raw material into a glue film; b) applying a silane treatment agent to a surface of the adhesive film; and c) irradiating the surface of the adhesive film with the silane treatment agent by using an irradiation source capable of exciting the polyolefin raw materials to perform a crosslinking reaction, so that the adhesive film is partially crosslinked. The surface pre-crosslinked adhesive film prepared according to the technical scheme of the invention has good dimensional stability, can avoid the phenomenon of glue overflow in the packaging process of the solar module, and simultaneously keeps good bonding performance. |
