abstract |
The invention discloses a method for constructing a model for predicting the curative effect of PD-1, which comprises the following steps: 1) selecting RNA-seq of a sample of a punctured or paraffin tissue within one month before the administration time as a baseline during which the patient is not receiving other treatment; 2) CT scans were performed every 3 months after PD-1/PD-L1 treatment. 3) Samples were subjected to routine RNA-seq sequencing. 4) RNA-seq bioinformatics analysis. 5) And (3) constructing and screening RNA-seq data characteristics for predicting the curative effect of PD-1. 6) And (3) constructing a model for predicting the curative effect of the PD-1. Compared with the existing PD-1 curative effect prediction molecular marker and RNA sequencing molecular marker, the invention has more accurate prediction result and lower cost. |
