titleOfInvention | Method for detecting high-density lipoprotein sub-component in preeclampsia judgment process |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for detecting a high-density lipoprotein subcomponent in an early epilepsy judgment process, which comprises the following steps: presetting a high-density lipoprotein HDL subfraction analysis kit, obtaining a blood sample, and detecting the blood sample to be detected by using the high-density lipoprotein HDL subfraction analysis kit; standing and centrifuging a blood sample, separating out plasma/serum, and adding the plasma/serum sample into a sample buffer solution containing lipophilic fluorescent dye; the dye will specifically bind to lipoproteins; pouring gel dye into the microfluidic electrophoresis chip, adding a blood sample to be detected, placing the sample on a microfluidic electrophoresis chip analyzer for detection, sending the sample into a separation channel under the action of an external electric field and electroosmotic flow, and separating HDL (high density lipoprotein) in the sample to be detected into a plurality of subcomponents under the action of a molecular sieve and charges. The structure improves the accuracy of judging the preeclampsia. |
