titleOfInvention Multifunctional acid-base gradient rapid detection bottle with segmented color development function and application thereof
abstract The invention relates to a multifunctional acid-base gradient rapid detection bottle with segmented color development and application thereof, and the bottle comprises a transparent bottle body, an upper cover, a central column, a transverse permeation ring and a color development layer, wherein the central column has a good capillary permeation structure, the central column is transversely provided with the permeation ring made of similar materials, adjacent permeation rings are separated by a watertight barrier ring and are mutually independent, the color development layer is arranged on the periphery of the transverse permeation ring, the color development layer on the same layer is provided with a vertical detachable spacer, and a mixture of solid acid (alkali) and color development agent is adsorbed or coated on the color development layer. Compared with the prior art, the invention can simultaneously detect a plurality of indexes; the water sample does not need to be pretreated, so that the detection speed is further improved; by preparing different solid acid (alkali) loading amounts and performing rapid adjustment and control to the greatest extent according to the pH value of the detected environment, the detection of indexes to be detected in different pH gradient environments can be met.
