abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing nonlinear CsPbX 3 nanocrystalline glass, which comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the following raw materials according to the amount of the substance: 20-50 parts of B 2 O 3 ; 2-10 parts of ZnO; 5-50 parts of SiO 2 ; 1-10 parts of Al 2 O 3 ; 1-10 parts of MgO; 3-40 parts of Cs 2 CO 3 ; PbCl 2 +PbBr 2 +PbI 2 +NaCl+NaBr+NaI=9-45 parts , wherein the consumption of PbCl 2 , PbBr 2 and PbI 2 is not 0 or one of them is 0 or the consumption of two of them is 0; when the consumption of PbX 2 is not 0, the molar ratio PbX 2 needs to be satisfied: NaX=1:2; (2) put each raw material into a muffle furnace for high temperature melting; after the end, pour the glass liquid into the preheated mold, and put it into an annealing furnace for annealing treatment after the glass is formed; then Devitrification heat treatment is performed in a holding furnace, so that crystal phases with a size of nanometer level and uniform distribution are precipitated in the glass, and then the CsPbX 3 nanocrystalline glass is obtained by cooling down. The CsPbX 3 nanocrystalline glass prepared by the invention has a high nonlinear refractive index. |
