The invention discloses a rapid drying and manufacturing process of cordyceps cicadae, which comprises the steps of digging the cordyceps cicadae out of soil, and storing the cordyceps cicadae in a unified manner; then putting the excavated cordyceps sobolifera in batch into a feeding port of cleaning and drying equipment for cleaning, and putting the cleaned cordyceps sobolifera into a vibrating screen for primary dehydration; placing the primarily dehydrated cicada fungus in a drying box of a cleaning and drying device for drying; and finally, collecting and packaging the dried cordyceps sobolifera, and storing at low temperature. The rapid drying process for the cordyceps sobolifera comprises the steps of firstly uniformly cleaning the unearthed cordyceps sobolifera, and then carrying out preliminary dehydration, ultraviolet sterilization and all-around drying treatment to obtain the dried finished product of the cordyceps sobolifera meeting the market requirements. |
