titleOfInvention Zinc/iron layered double metal hydroxide modified ceramsite and its preparation and application method
abstract The invention discloses a zinc/iron layered double metal hydroxide modified ceramsite and a preparation and application method thereof. The steps of the preparation method include adding cleaning ceramsite into a mixed solution of ZnCl 2 and FeCl 3 ยท6H 2 O During the stirring, the pH of the solution is kept alkaline during the stirring process; after that, the solution is allowed to stand at room temperature, the solid-liquid is separated, the solid is washed until the pH of the effluent is neutral, and the modified ceramsite is obtained after drying. The modified ceramsite prepared by the invention has a special metal plate layer structure favorable for phosphate ion exchange, and the surface contains a large number of hydroxyl radicals, which can provide multi-channel adsorption sites for phosphate. In addition, the light-weight ceramsite used in the present invention has high mechanical strength and surface mesoporous structure, and has wide sources and low cost. The modified ceramsite prepared by the method has good removal ability of phosphate in surface water, and has strong stability and recyclability.
