abstract The invention relates to the technical field of guide wires for interventional operations, in particular to a drug-loaded guide wire. The drug-loaded guide wire comprises a far-end mandrel, a guide wire rod body connected to one end of the far-end mandrel and a far-end round cap connected with the other end of the far-end mandrel; the far-end mandrel is a reducing shaft body, and the inner diameter size of the far-end mandrel is gradually reduced from the guide wire rod body to the far-end round cap, wherein one end of the far-end mandrel connected with the guide wire rod body is a large-diameter end, and one end of the far-end mandrel connected with the far-end round cap is a small-diameter end; the radius of the large-diameter end is 1-5 times of that of the small-diameter end; the far-end mandrel is provided with a drug loading area and a body area, the drug loading area is close to the small-diameter end, and the length of the drug loading area is less than or equal to 1/2 of the length of the far-end mandrel; the medicine carrying area is provided with a plurality of gradually-changed grooves with one large end and one small end, and the depth and the width of each gradually-changed groove are gradually changed; and the far-end mandrel is provided with a variable-pitch and variable-diameter elastic material.
