A curcumin-containing medicament forms a covalent bond with curcumin and its derivatives, alginic acid and its metal salt, and the covalent bond forms micelles in a solution. The test results prove that the alginic acid-curcumin covalent conjugate of the present invention can be prepared into a freeze-dried preparation, and can be rapidly dispersed to form a yellow clear nanomicelle solution after reconstitution. In vitro and in vivo experiments, the micellar solution showed good colon targeting, gathered at the site of colon ulcers, and quickly converted the alginate-curcumin molecules to the esterases secreted by intestinal anaerobic bacteria. The valence bond is digested, and curcumin is reduced to a single molecule state, which is rapidly absorbed by the ulcer site, and achieves the purpose of oral targeted treatment of ulcerative colitis, and has a good industrial application prospect. |
