titleOfInvention Flexible deep brain electrode integrating thermal stimulation and electrical recording and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a flexible deep brain electrode integrating thermal stimulation and electrical recording and a preparation method thereof, wherein the flexible deep brain electrode comprises a flexible substrate layer, a metal wiring layer, a flexible isolation layer, a functional layer and a flexible packaging layer which are sequentially arranged; the functional layer comprises a detection electrode for recording electrophysiological signals, a resistor for generating thermal stimulation and a temperature sensor chip for monitoring the temperature of a surrounding medium, the detection electrode, the resistor and the temperature sensor chip are all positioned at an implanted part at the front end of the brain electrode, and the detection electrode is close to the resistor and the temperature sensor chip; the metal wiring layer is used for realizing the electric connection between a bonding pad positioned at the rear end interface part of the brain electrode and the detection electrode, the resistor and the temperature sensor chip respectively; the flexible packaging layer is provided with openings at corresponding positions of the detection electrode, the resistor and the temperature sensor chip, so that the detection electrode, the resistor and the temperature sensor chip are respectively exposed. The present invention enables the simultaneous thermal stimulation and electrophysiological recording in vivo.
