titleOfInvention | Browning method for improving interlayer binding force of printed circuit board |
abstract | The invention discloses a browning method for improving interlayer binding force of a printed circuit board, belonging to the technical field of circuit boards and comprising the following steps: s1: cleaning: placing the copper foil in a cleaning solution I, soaking for 3-5min, adding a cleaning solution II, continuing soaking for 3-5min, sequentially placing the copper foil in hydrogen peroxide and ethanol, respectively soaking for 2-3min, and then blowing by using nitrogen; s2: pre-dipping: placing the cleaned copper foil in the pre-immersion liquid, and ultrasonically oscillating for 3-5 min; s3: browning: placing the pre-soaked copper foil in a browning tank in which a browning liquid is stored for browning; s4: washing with water: and (3) placing the browned copper foil in deionized water, washing with water, and drying with nitrogen. After the brown oxide is browned, the sample plate shows good stripping resistance, and the stripping strength is up to 0.95 Kg/cm. And (3) testing thermal performance, namely performing 6 times of tin immersion, 100 times of cold and hot impact circulation and 6 times of reflow soldering tests on the pressed sample respectively, observing that the tested sample has no foaming, layering or board explosion phenomena, and has strong interlayer binding force. |
