titleOfInvention Method and device for establishing acute Stanford A-type aortic dissection preoperative risk assessment model
abstract The invention discloses a method and a device for establishing an acute Stanford A-type aortic dissection preoperative risk assessment model, wherein the method comprises the following steps: screening the obtained patient data to obtain patient data meeting preset grouping conditions; performing single factor analysis on the patient data to obtain a first variable which belongs to a preset threshold range; obtaining a second variable which belongs to the range of the preset threshold value in the multi-factor analysis based on the stepwise logistic regression multivariate analysis of the first variable; and forcibly incorporating the second variable, the preset age variable and the preset gender variable into a regression equation, and establishing a preoperative risk assessment model. The risk assessment method disclosed by the invention is used for assessing the operation risk before the operation through the established preoperative risk assessment model, and predicting the early death risk of the AADA patient before the operation for emergency rooms of various organizations, so that a timely, effective and reasonable diagnosis and treatment scheme can be made according to the risk prediction result, the time of waiting for the operation of the high-risk patient is shortened, and the prognosis of the patient is improved.
