abstract | The invention discloses a method for screening Lactococcus lactis capable of performing aerobic respiration and metabolism, comprising the following steps: step 1, culturing each Lactococcus lactis strain under Ox/H condition and No Ox/No H condition respectively; Step 2, extracting the total RNA in the bacterial fluid of each strain after culturing; Step 3, performing quality inspection on the total RNA samples to screen out qualified samples; Step 4, constructing an RNA-seq sequencing library of qualified samples to obtain a cDNA library, and Perform high-throughput sequencing on cDNA libraries to obtain the reads sequences of the 5' and 3' ends of each cDNA library. The invention also discloses the application of the above screening method in the production and processing of dairy products, meat products, wine, coffee, vegetables and silage. The invention can efficiently and accurately screen out Lactococcus lactis capable of performing aerobic respiration and metabolism, and then select them for high-quality processing of food. |
