titleOfInvention | Seaweed rhizosphere growth promoting azotobacter NXT28 and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a seaweed rhizosphere growth promoting azotobacter NXT28 and application thereof. Raoultella terrigena NXT28, accession number: CCTCC No. M2017843. The invention separates the sea grass from the tylosin, hyphen and halophilic grass distributed in the Nansha Islands to obtain azotobacter NXT28, and identifies the azotobacter NXT28 as Raoultella terrigena NXT28 by morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and phylogenetic aspects. The bacterial strain can obviously improve the concentration of nitrate and nitrite in seawater through the biological nitrogen fixation effect, can enhance the photosynthesis capability of the seaweed, and promotes the growth of the leaves and roots of the seaweed. Therefore, the strain Raoultella terrigena NXT28 has higher value and wide application prospect in the aspect of marine microbial agent preparation. |
