titleOfInvention | Method and application of preparing lignosulfonate by using dissolving pulp pre-cooking waste liquid |
abstract | The invention discloses a method and application for preparing lignosulfonate by using dissolving pulp pre-cooking waste liquid. The method includes the following steps: (1) under the condition of pH value of 9-11, the pre-cooking waste liquid of dissolving pulp is filtered, and the collected filtrate is material A; the solid content of material A is 5%-7%; (2) The material A is treated with an ultrafiltration membrane to obtain a concentrated solution and a filtrate, and the concentrated solution is collected as a material B, the solid content of the material B is 10% to 15%, and the temperature of the ultrafiltration membrane treatment is at least 50 ℃; Oxidation reaction is carried out to obtain material C; (4) material C is subjected to polycondensation reaction with formaldehyde to obtain material D; (5) material D is subjected to sulfonation reaction to obtain lignosulfonate. The membrane method is used to directly extract the lignin in the dissolving pulp pre-cooking waste liquid, and carry out sulfonation, which greatly reduces the generation of waste water and waste gas in the lignin extraction process, and improves the utilization rate of the dissolving pulp pre-cooking waste liquid. |
