The invention provides a nano-xylan-based graft copolymer and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of wood preservation. In the present invention, xylan is used as a raw material to prepare nano-xylan, and at the same time, the quaternary ammonium salt monomer is grafted to nano-xylan by ATRP "branching method from the main chain" in combination with the spatial structure of nano-xylan itself. The nano-xylan-based graft copolymer is prepared by chemical modification, that is, the quaternary ammonium group with good bactericidal properties is grafted to the hydroxyl group on the main chain of nano-xylan, which endows the nano-xylan with a wider range of applications. The prepared nano-xylan quaternary ammonium-based graft copolymer has strong bactericidal and antiseptic properties, and can be used as a natural biological preservative for wood preservative treatment, which is of great significance for effectively utilizing natural renewable resources and reducing environmental pollution. The industrialized utilization of plant resources such as agricultural and forestry wastes opens up new ideas and has significant social and economic benefits. |
