abstract |
The present invention discloses a TRK kinase inhibitor and use thereof. The TRK kinase inhibitor of the present invention is shown in formula (I), and also provides a preparation method of the compound and a pharmaceutical composition comprising these kinase inhibitors and the use thereof in the prevention and treatment of cancer; the novel compound represented by formula I disclosed in the present invention exhibits good TRK inhibitory activity, and provides a new option for clinical treatment of diseases related to abnormal TRK activity. |
