The present invention provides an organic electroluminescent material and application thereof. The organic electroluminescent material comprises a dibenzofuran or dibenzothiophene group and has an asymmetric amine structure, and has higher solubility and higher holes. The migration ability and good stability can be applied in the field of organic electroluminescence and used as a hole injection transport material, thereby improving the performance of the OLED device and expanding the application range of the OLED device. |
