titleOfInvention The preparation method of ethyl vanillin
abstract The present invention relates to a preparation method of ethyl vanillin. The preparation method of the ethyl vanillin comprises the following steps: firstly preparing a copper oxide-tungsten oxide catalyst supported by an inorganic oxide, then 3-ethoxy-4-hydroxyglycolic acid, an inorganic oxide-supported catalyst The copper oxide-tungsten oxide catalyst and tetrahydrofuran were sequentially introduced into the reaction kettle, sealed, then purged with nitrogen, purged with oxygen, charged with oxygen to 0.5-1MPa, and then reacted at 80-90°C and 0.7-1.2MPa for 4- 6h. By adopting the method to prepare ethyl vanillin, the conversion rate of 3-ethoxy-4-hydroxyglycolic acid can reach over 99%, and the selectivity of ethyl vanillin can reach over 95%.
