abstract |
The invention discloses a solid base catalyst and a preparation method thereof. The catalyst preparation method comprises the following steps: catalyst carrier preparation, catalyst loading, and catalyst calcination. The activity of the catalyst was investigated by using ethylene carbonate and methanol transesterification to prepare dimethyl carbonate as a template reaction, and the results showed that it exhibited good catalytic activity compared with general solid base catalysts. The new solid base catalyst avoids the use of a large amount of elution water in the application of traditional homogeneous base catalysts, which not only effectively saves water resources, conforms to the concept of green environmental protection, but also saves sewage treatment costs and reduces production costs. |
