titleOfInvention Application of theabrownin in preparation of anti-melanoma drugs
abstract An application of theabrownin in preparing anti-melanoma drugs, belonging to the technical field of the application of theabrownin. The application comprises the following steps: the effect of theabrownin in preparing medicine for inducing apoptosis of A375 human melanoma cells; the application of theabrownin in preparing medicines for inhibiting melanoma as natural substances; application of theabrownin in preparing DNA damaging agent as natural substance is provided. The invention proves that the theabrownin has an antiproliferative effect on A375 cells, the theabrownin has a pro-apoptosis effect on the A375 cells, the theabrownin causes DNA damage of the A375 cells, the theabrownin influences protein expression of the A375 cells, and the theabrownin influences the in-vivo effect of A375 transplanted tumor zebra fish. The invention researches the apoptosis promoting effect and action mechanism of theabrownin on A375 human melanoma cells, and can be used for developing anti-melanoma medicaments.
