titleOfInvention Temperature-sensitive hydrogel adjuvant of veterinary vaccine, preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a temperature-sensitive hydrogel adjuvant of a veterinary vaccine, a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the field of veterinary vaccine adjuvants. A temperature-sensitive hydrogel adjuvant of a veterinary vaccine comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15 to 50 percent of high molecular micelle substance, 0.1 to 5 percent of nonionic cellulose ether and the balance of water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the temperature-sensitive hydrogel adjuvant of the veterinary vaccine, which comprises the following specific steps: weighing the components, mixing, and swelling at 2-10 deg.C to obtain a homogeneous system to obtain the temperature-sensitive hydrogel adjuvant. The temperature-sensitive hydrogel adjuvant has the advantages of simple and easily-obtained raw materials, low price, low viscosity, small side effect and capability of obviously prolonging the immunity duration.
