abstract |
The invention discloses a particle detection device and a manufacturing method thereof. The particle detection device includes: a scintillator array including a plurality of scintillator crystals; a plurality of detectors arranged at the bottom of the scintillator array; and a plurality of prisms arranged at the top of the scintillator array.
