Both sides are symmetrically provided with a positive electrode material layer and a lithium/sodium supplemented material layer, the positive electrode material layer and the lithium supplemented/sodium material layer are stacked, and the lithium supplemented/sodium material layer contains a special lithium/sodium-containing functional material, which is in the positive electrode. When charging for the first time, its own decomposition reaction occurs to irreversibly release the lithium/sodium ions in its molecules into the battery. The problem of poor performance of the full battery is caused by the low coulombic efficiency of the first charge and discharge of the negative electrode material.
