abstract The invention discloses a method for establishing an indirect blood coagulation detection method for Mycoplasma ovine pneumonia. In this method, the recombinant protein obtained by cloning and expressing the C-terminus of the adhesin gene P113 of Mycoplasma ovineneumoniae was used as the antigen, and healthy sheep erythrocytes were sensitized with the recombinant protein antigen. Sensitive concentration and optimal reaction conditions have been established, and an indirect hemagglutination detection method for Mycoplasma ovine pneumoniae with high specificity, sensitivity, high coincidence rate and simple operation has been established. It can be applied to the rapid detection of Mycoplasma ovine pneumonia in the veterinary field, providing a powerful tool for disease prevention, diagnosis and control.
