abstract |
The invention provides the application of OATP1B3 in the preparation of a magnetic resonance/near-infrared reporter for monitoring transplanted cells and/or in vivo tracking thereof, belonging to the technical field of molecular imaging. Using OATP1B3 as a reporter molecule, the proliferation or transplantation of living target cells or transplanted cells is indirectly reported through near-infrared or MRI dye uptake. OATP1B3-mediated ICE uptake has strong fluorescence output characteristics in the near-infrared band, can track cell migration, survival and migration, and shows bright contrast enhancement on T1-weighted MRI, OATP1B3 as a multimodal reporter tracking cell migration tracking Xenograft survival time. Accordingly, the present invention provides the use of OATP1B3 in the preparation of a magnetic resonance/near-infrared reporter for in vivo tracking and/or monitoring of transplanted cells. |
