titleOfInvention | A cold-adaptive and salt-tolerant nitroreductase and its encoding gene and application |
abstract | The invention discloses a cold-adaptive and salt-tolerant nitroreductase, its encoding gene and application, and aims to provide a cold-adaptive and salt-tolerant nitroreductase, its encoding gene and application. The present invention firstly clones the peroxide reductase gene PsNTR from the Antarctic sea ice microorganism Psychrobacter sp., whose amino acid residue sequence is shown in SEQ ID No.2. The expression method is to use the cold shock plasmid pColdI to construct a recombinant expression vector containing the nitroreductase gene PsNTR, and then transfer the constructed recombinant expression vector into Escherichia coli host cells ( Escherichia coli ), and induce the expression of the nitroreductase PsNTR gene. . The expression product PsNTR of the present invention has outstanding salt tolerance, good degrading ability of various aromatic nitro compounds, and has broad application prospects. In addition, the recombinant genetically engineered strain constructed in this study showed good nitrobenzene degradation ability under low temperature conditions, which can be applied to the degradation of aromatic nitro compounds under low temperature environment and related fields such as food and medicine. |
