When the back of the device to be processed is mechanically and chemically processed, the protective film is used for protecting the rugged or microstructure surface and preventing the rugged or microstructure surface from being damaged and polluted in the processing process, and after the processing is finished, the protective film can be stripped without adhesive residue.
