An environmentally friendly degradable plastic and its production process |
abstract |
The invention discloses an environmentally friendly degradable plastic and a production process thereof. The invention adopts polylactide, polybutylene succinate and polyvinyl chloride as base materials, and is mixed with grafted starch to prepare the plastic of the invention. It can effectively ensure the degradation of the product and improve the mechanical effect and high temperature resistance of the product. The addition of sodium bismuth, polyaluminum chloride and other substances can effectively improve the degradation efficiency of the product, and no polluting components are generated during degradation, which is safe and environmentally friendly, and degrades at the same time. The rate is high. According to GB/T 20197‑2006, the degradation rate of this environmentally friendly degradable plastic is 99.3‑99.9% in 25 days. The material is scraped off to avoid waste of part of the bottom material that is not extruded from the inner wall of the feeding pipe. |
