titleOfInvention Food Grade PVC Gloves
abstract The invention provides a food-grade PVC glove and a preparation method thereof. The dipping solution is composed of PVC powder, polyester plasticizer, TXIB, DINCH, thermoplastic polyurethane, and diluent. The PVC powder is a mixture of PVC powder with two polymerization degrees. The minimum dosage of diluent is reduced to less than 25 parts. The glove meets the requirement that the total migration amount of the gloves should be less than 10 mg/dm 2 when immersed in 95% ethanol at 60°C for 2 hours and in isooctane at 40°C for 0.5 hour.
