titleOfInvention | Bionic boundary lubricant and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a bionic boundary lubricant and a preparation method thereof. The described biomimetic boundary lubricant uses polyacrylic acid as the monomer for grafting the main chain, N,N-dimethyl-N-methacrylamidopropyl-N,N-dimethyl-N-propanesulfonic acid Inner salt as zwitterionic polyelectrolyte grafted side chain, 4-(4,6-dimethoxytriazine-2-yl)-4-methylmorpholine hydrochloride as initiator, via reversible addition-fragmentation Chain transfer and atom transfer radical polymerization form high molecular polymers with bottle brush structure. In the later application, the carboxylic acid group of polyacrylic acid can be combined with cartilage through the coupling reaction of 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide. The amino groups on the surface are combined to form a fixed site, which is anchored on the surface of the articular cartilage to play a role in boundary lubrication, reduce the friction and wear of the articular cartilage, and protect and treat articular cartilage damage and arthritis. |
