The invention utilizes soy protein to prepare the immunomodulatory active heptapeptide, and the yield is 27-79 g/kg (the purity is 80-95%). The invention provides a new method for preparing immunoregulatory active heptapeptide, and has important significance for promoting deep processing and utilization of soybean protein, improving the added value of products and promoting sustainable development of the industry.
