titleOfInvention | Method for synthesizing beta-thiocarbonyl compound by taking arylsulfonyl chloride as sulfur source |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a beta-thiocarbonyl compound by taking arylsulfonyl chloride as a sulfur source, which comprises the steps of adding arylsulfonyl chloride, ketene, triphenylphosphine, potassium carbonate and sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate into a mixed solvent in an air atmosphere, magnetically stirring, and monitoring by TLC (thin layer chromatography) in the reaction process until the reaction is completely carried out; and adding a proper amount of extractant for extraction, drying the drying agent, performing decompression and spin-drying on the solvent, and performing column chromatography separation to obtain the pure beta-thiocarbonyl compound. By the method, the aryl sulfonyl chloride is directly used as a sulfur source, so that the use of thiophenol raw materials with unpleasant smell is avoided, and the beta-thiocarbonyl compound is prepared in a green and high-efficiency manner. The reaction condition is mild, the applicability of the substrate is wide, the operation is simple and convenient, the cost is lower, and the yield is higher. |
