abstract | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing an Al-MCM-41 mesoporous material by using attapulgite and application thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and (2) uniformly mixing the acidified attapulgite and NaOH solid by ball milling, placing the mixture into a roasting furnace, roasting the mixture in an air atmosphere, cooling the mixture to room temperature, adding deionized water, continuously stirring and filtering the mixture, stirring the obtained filtrate with a homogeneous solution of CTAB and PEG for 1, adding HCl into the mixture to adjust the pH value of the mixed solution, continuously stirring the mixture, transferring the mixture to a hydrothermal reaction kettle for crystallization and drying, and removing a template agent to obtain the catalyst. The invention takes the natural attapulgite as the raw material, obtains the silica-alumina source by an alkali calcination leaching method, and hydrothermally synthesizes the Al-MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve, thereby reducing the cost and the pollution, further applying the Al-MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve on the basis, and having higher practical value and good application prospect. |
