abstract Tracking blood components of the five-flavor warmth-dredging and arthralgia-removing capsule and targeting a quality marker, selecting an SPF male SD rat, and injecting FCA into the right hind toe to replicate an Adjuvant Arthritis (AA) rat model; the WWCC treatment group was gavage with the compound decoction on day 12 after FCA injection for 12 consecutive days. Serum samples were collected and processed and subjected to QTOF-MS analysis with 13 standard substances, compound WWCC extract. And recording the retention time information of each standard substance, and summarizing the cracking rules of different types of compounds through mass spectrum cracking fragment information analysis. According to the principle that the deviation of the measured value and the theoretical value is less than 10ppm and the isotope fitting degree is less than 1.0, a calculation tool is composed of the elements of the mass system to obtain molecular formulas corresponding to the spectrum peaks; and finally, identifying the compound WWCC blood-entering component by combining the standard substance fragment cracking rule with data, and selecting a representative component from the compound WWCC blood-entering component as a quality marker.
