titleOfInvention | Method for regulating long-range ordered structure of nano-cellulose aerogel |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for regulating and controlling a long-range ordered structure of a nano-cellulose aerogel, which comprises the steps of putting deionized water into a beaker, sequentially adding 2,2,6, 6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxygen free radical, sodium bromide and wood pulp fiber, and mixing and stirring; adding sodium hypochlorite solution, and continuously stirring at room temperature; continuously dropwise adding a sodium hydroxide solution in the reaction process, and adding ethanol to terminate the reaction; washing the product to be neutral by deionized water, adding deionized water, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment under an ice bath condition to prepare a nano cellulose dispersion liquid; contacting the bottom of the test tube filled with the dispersion liquid with liquid nitrogen, and applying a speed of 0.06mm/s vertically opposite to the growth direction of the ice crystals to the test tube by using a syringe pump to keep the front ends of the ice crystals slightly higher than the freezing liquid level. The invention solves the problem that when the long-range porous aerogel is prepared by the traditional method, an uneven inverted trapezoidal pore channel structure with a small bottom and a large top is formed. |
