abstract | The invention discloses a preparation process of a desulfurized gypsum-based crystal plastic composite material, which comprises the following steps: s1: preparing nano silver phosphate/desulfurized gypsum powder; s2: grinding the aluminum slag until the particle size is less than or equal to 120 mu m to obtain aluminum slag powder; s3: weighing; s4: mixing the nano silver phosphate/desulfurized gypsum powder and the aluminum slag powder at 25 ℃, adding triacetoxy vinyl silane, and stirring for reaction for 0.5-1 h to obtain a modified mixture; s5: and (3) stirring and uniformly mixing the modified mixed powder obtained by the polyethylene, the polyvinyl chloride, the plasticizer, the light stabilizer 744, the perfluorinated silicone oil and the S4 at 95-100 ℃, extruding and granulating at 160-172 ℃, and carrying out compression molding to obtain the desulfurized gypsum-based crystalline plastic composite material. The invention firstly uses the micron-sized desulfurized gypsum and the aluminum slag as main raw materials to prepare the crystal plastic material, thereby not only widening the application direction of the desulfurized gypsum and the aluminum slag and improving the added value thereof, but also endowing the crystal plastic material with higher mechanical property, high temperature resistance and air purification performance. |
