abstract | The invention discloses a gas injection device capable of adjusting a gas-liquid contact mode, which comprises a gas tank, a gas injection disc, a pump and a gas pipe, wherein the pump is respectively connected with the gas tank and the gas injection disc through the gas pipe, the gas injection disc is provided with a plurality of nozzles, each nozzle comprises an outer shell, a gas plate, a driving assembly and a motor, the plurality of gas plates are respectively arranged in the outer shell from top to bottom, the gas plates are provided with a plurality of openings around the axis, part of the openings are provided with a separation net, the motors respectively drive the gas plates to rotate through the driving assemblies so as to enable one of the openings on the gas plates to be aligned with a gas passage in the outer shell, the pumping-out speed of gas is adjusted through the pump, the motors respectively drive different gas plates to rotate through the driving assemblies, the appointed openings of the gas plates can be aligned with the gas passages according to requirements, and the size of, effectively improves the conversion rate of the p-methylsulfonyl toluene, reduces the consumption of main raw materials and saves the production cost. |
