After extensive and in-depth research, the present invention finds that the use of RNAi to down-regulate the expression of human PSMD7 gene can effectively inhibit the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells, promote cell apoptosis, and can effectively control the growth process of pancreatic cancer. The siRNA or the nucleic acid construct comprising the siRNA sequence and the lentivirus provided by the present invention can specifically inhibit the proliferation ability of pancreatic cancer cells, inhibit the cloning of pancreatic cancer cells, promote apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells, inhibit the ability of pancreatic cancer cells to metastasize, inhibit the Pancreatic cancer grows; thereby treating pancreatic cancer, opening up new directions for pancreatic cancer treatment.
