titleOfInvention A method to promote the growth of photosynthetic bacteria
abstract The invention relates to a method for promoting the growth of photosynthetic bacteria, which realizes high-concentration cultivation of photosynthetic bacteria by adding aspartic acid. By adding 2.0 g/L aspartic acid to the basic medium and culturing for 5 days, the present invention makes the cell concentration of Rhodopseudomonas marsh up to 74×10 8 /mL, which is 1 times higher than the control 37×10 8 /mL , is an effective way to cultivate Rhodopseudomonas swampis in high-efficiency industrialization. Through the experimental study of different concentrations, it is proved that this technology has stable performance and can be applied to industrialization.
