titleOfInvention A kind of biodegradable nitrile gloves and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a degradable nitrile medical glove and a preparation method thereof. The principle is to add acrylonitrile grafted starch components that are biodegradable and have good compatibility with nitrile latex. The emulsion formulation includes nitrile latex, acrylonitrile grafted starch, antioxidants, sulfur, zinc oxide, accelerators, potassium hydroxide. The tensile strength of the gloves prepared by the invention can reach 21MPa, the elongation at break can reach 521%, and the degradation rate can reach 60%.
