The invention discloses an NHPI catalyst grafted by imide bonds and a preparation method and application thereof. The catalyst comprises a SiO 2 carrier and N-hydroxyphthalimide grafted on the SiO 2 carrier, and N-hydroxyphthalimide is grafted on the SiO 2 carrier. -Hydroxyphthalimide is grafted on the SiO 2 carrier through an imide bond; the preparation method of the catalyst comprises the following steps: (1) using aminopropyltriethoxysilane to modify the surface of the carrier SiO 2 , Obtaining the surface amination carrier SiO 2 -APTES; (2) dissolving the ring-mounted dilinked acid anhydride and the surface amination carrier SiO 2 -APTES in a solvent, and preparing the grafted acid anhydride by imide covalent bond grafting; ( 3) The grafted acid anhydride is subjected to imidization treatment to prepare a grafted NHPI catalyst, which can be used as a recyclable catalyst in the preparation of acetophenone. The catalyst has no loss of active components in the catalytic reaction, good stability, high active site density, good catalytic effect, and realizes the recyclable utilization of the catalyst. |
