abstract The present invention relates to the use of anhydroalanone oleanolic acid for preparing antiviral drugs, in particular, the present invention provides 3-carbonyl oleanane-12-ene-28-acid in the preparation and prevention of hepatitis B virus infection The use of medicines for diseases. The compound has significant activity of inhibiting the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg from HepG2.2.15 cells. The application of the HBeAg inhibitor; and the preparation method has simple steps, low cost, wide source of raw materials, and easy industrial production.
