titleOfInvention | A novel direct current generator based on graphene/polar liquid/semiconductor dynamic diode and its preparation method |
abstract | The invention discloses a novel direct current generator based on graphene/polar liquid/semiconductor dynamic diode and a preparation method thereof. A graphene layer and a semiconductor layer are arranged in a closed space, and a back electrode is arranged on the semiconductor layer. The graphene layer and the back electrode are respectively drawn out through wires, a polar liquid is filled between the graphene layer and the semiconductor layer, and the polar liquid can flow between the graphene layer and the semiconductor layer. The invention uses the Fermi level difference between the graphene and the semiconductor to polarize the polar liquid, and induces electrons or holes at the contact interface of the graphene/polar liquid and the polar liquid/semiconductor, and the polar liquid moves during the movement process. In the process, new electrons/holes are continuously induced, and old electrons/holes are conducted away from the outside to output direct current. This kind of generator with small internal resistance and high power can be used in series, the output voltage can be regulated by graphene Fermi level, and can directly drive some portable electronic devices, and the generator is simple to prepare and low cost. |
