titleOfInvention miRNA for evaluating cadmium-induced liver injury resistance of plant phenolic substances and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses miRNA for evaluating cadmium-induced liver injury resistance of plant phenolic substances and application thereof. According to research, the expression of miR-182-5p is reduced in a cadmium-induced liver injury HepG2 cell model; therefore, miR-182-5p can be used as a marker for diagnosing the condition that the cadmium induces the organism liver damage. Furthermore, the invention also finds that the expression of miR-182-5p can be remarkably up-regulated by interfering the cadmium-damaged HepG2 cells with plant phenolic substances. Therefore, the miR-182-5p can be used as a miRNA marker for evaluating the cadmium damage resistance of the plant phenolic substances. The invention expands the application direction of miR-182-5p and opens up a new way for further explaining the protection mechanism of heavy metal induced liver injury such as cadmium by plant phenols.
