abstract The invention discloses a preparation method and an antitumor activity research of an N-substituted (5-chloro-6- (substituted phenoxy) pyrimidine-4-yl) benzamide DDR1 inhibitor capable of targeting DDR1, and test results show that the N-substituted (5-chloro-6- (substituted phenoxy) pyrimidine-4-yl) benzamide targeting DDR1 inhibitor has low toxicity to normal lung cells and has a good inhibition effect in a 10 mu M DDR1 kinase primary screen.
