abstract The invention discloses a MXene composite material with stable structure, which is composed of Ti 3 C 2 Mxene, MoS 2 and Cu 2 O; wherein, Ti 3 C 2 MXene is a matrix material, the microscopic appearance is an accordion-like structure, and the function is to Provides a multi-layer structure; the microstructure of MoS 2 is a nanosheet structure, which is supported on the surface of Ti 3 C 2 MXene to provide additional pseudocapacitance; the micro structure of Cu 2 O is a cubic crystal structure, which is embedded in Ti 3 C 2 MXene. In the gap of the layer structure, the role is to stabilize the multi-layer structure of Ti 3 C 2 MXene. It is prepared by self-assembly of Ti 3 AlC 2 , ammonium molybdate, soluble sulfide, copper sulfate and sodium hydroxide as starting materials through etching, hydrothermal and static precipitation. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1 ) preparation of Ti3C2MXene; 2 ) preparation of Ti3C2MXene - MoS2 ; 3 ) preparation of Ti3C2MXene - MoS2 - Cu2O. Application as supercapacitor electrode material, charge and discharge in the range of 0-0.55 V, when the discharge current density is 1 A g -1 , the specific capacitance is 1400-1500 F g -1 ; cycle stability after 3000 cycles was 92%.
