titleOfInvention | Preparation method and application of zero-valent iron delivery nanoparticles |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of zero-valent iron delivery nanoparticles. Carbonyl iron is used as a precursor, oleylamine is used as a surface ligand, octadecene and dibenzyl ether are used as solvents, trimethylamine oxide is used as an oxidant, and a series of nuclear shell structure nanoparticles with adjustable appearance, size and crystallinity are prepared by adopting an oil phase high-temperature pyrolysis method and are used for activity protection and tumor delivery of zero-valent iron. The method comprises the following steps: (1) synthesizing zero-valent iron nano-particle seeds; (2) synthesizing nanoparticles with different oxidation degrees; (3) and (3) synthesizing nanoparticles with different open pore degrees. Finally, modifying the surface of the synthesized nano-particles by dopamine polyethylene glycol, and modifying the iRGD targeting peptide by chemical coupling to realize tumor targeting delivery. The zero-valent iron delivery nanoparticle synthesized and prepared by the method has controllable morphology, good stability, high biocompatibility and tumor targeting property, and can be used for magnetic resonance imaging and tumor treatment. |
