titleOfInvention A kind of baby lotion wet wipe and its production process
abstract The invention provides a baby lotion wet wipe and a production process thereof. The wet wipe is produced by impregnating a non-woven fabric substrate with a skin care lotion. Two mutually synergistic effective bactericidal ingredients, benzalkonium chloride and polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, were selected by compounding, and the final bactericidal efficacy was improved while the dosage of the two was reduced. The alcohol-based moisturizing agent 1,3-butanediol, which is beneficial to the penetration of bacteria and viruses by the bactericide, has a moisturizing effect at the same time. In addition, CBD oil is added to the wet wipes formula, which has significant anti-inflammatory and hypoallergenic properties. As well as increasing autoimmunity and other functions, it helps to take good care of the cleaned and wiped skin when cleaning and wiping the skin of the face and body. At the same time, the added solubilizer is relatively mild and will not stimulate the skin. The efficiency when the mixed liquid is mixed is increased, the use cost is reduced, the economic benefit is increased, and the problem that the surfactant will damage the skin during the preparation of the existing wet tissue is solved.
